Kevin asks, "When “new tribes” replace what you’re used to, how do you react?"

With all our talk of change, new tribes, moving forward, Kevin's questions has real importance. We all want to see OUR changes take place. But, what about when someone wants to change our changes? I want my change. Am I willing to consider another tribe member making a change?

Another concept I have to ponder carefully is "Even a little bit of action, a few new ideas, or a tiny bit of initiative can fill the vacuum." I tend to dive in and want to make wholesale change. When in fact, tiny change maybe in order.

People with bad posture usually 'fall' into over time; they slouch where ever they are. And it is bad for their them physically and ego wise. The best way to counter it is test your posture by standing with your back against the wall and correcting it.
We, and churches, need their posture on leadership measured constantly and corrected everyday.
What should the posture be? I think we need to take initiative and lead the way in things like pop culture, social media and the way we do things on a Sunday. As apposed to being stuck in the rut because that is how we always do it. No, turn things over! Try something New! Lead the way to something different. And check that you are not slouching.
