The DDS Birthday Celebration Rules may be changed or updated at anytime with or without notice.

1. Celebration begins on July 1 ,2009 and ends on August 1, 2009.
2. DDS, it’s Owners and Shareholders, may, at their sole discretion, change, update, or terminate the DDS Birthday Celebration at anytime with or without notice, with or without cause.
3. Winners will be drawn randomly using the twitrand (); service. You must be a follower of DDS on Twitter.
4. Winners will be notified by Twitter DM (Direct Message). Once winner is confirmed and has accepted Prize delivery the winner will be announced by a DDS Tweet to the public.
5. Website setup and design winners will receive the DDS “Simple” package valued at $399. Click here to get the details on what is included and required for Prize delivery.
6. Website setup and design winners will be required to interface with DDS via the DDS Online Project Center from beginning of the Website setup and design process on through completion. Failure to comply with this stipulation will result in forfeiture of Prize.
7. Website setup and design winners may, at their discretion, select to apply the $399 value of the “Simple” package toward a larger Website setup and design package and pay the difference in price for the larger package.
8. Winners MUST either physically or electronically sign the DDS Statement of Work and the DDS Statement of Client Requirements related to Website setup and design.
